With more than two decades of combined experience, Ali English BSc (Hons) Herb Med MNIMH and Matt Aldridge (BSc) Hons Acu work together to offer bespoke services to suit a huge variety of health issues, with the goal always being to help you to live your best, healthiest life.

Matt Aldridge has worked to improve a wide variety of ailments but particularly specialises in musculoskeletal disorders and has used acupuncture to successfully treat a range of issues affecting the joints and muscles, including sciatica, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, various sports injuries, back pain, bursitis, fibromyalgia and polymalgia rheumatica to name but a few.

Ali English has successfully treated a wide range of health problems, but particularly specialises in digestive health and mental health, with a particular focus on IBS / IBD, Crohns and colitis,  anxiety, high stress levels, depression and PTSD / CPTSD.   She offers one to one consultations both in person and online.

Also on offer are combined sessions at a slight discount, featuring a full consultation with acupuncture treatment on the day, and completed with a bottle of bespoke herbal medicine for you to take away.   This collaborative consultation particularly suits more complex health conditions requiring a robust and varied approach.

​

If you fancy a pampering, relaxing appointment, facial enhancement / cosmetic acupuncture is also available.

Whatever the ailment, you can be assured of a friendly, professional service at Havelock Holistics, with appointments available at our clinic on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays for acupuncture, and Thursdays and Saturdays for in person herbal medicine appointments.   Evening appointments can be available.  Herbal medicine sessions can also be conducted online via Zoom or WhatsApp at a time to suit the recipient, with herbal medicine posted out on receipt of payment.
